
Andrew is the Chief Executive of Anchor Group Services and the founder of Anchor Security Services. An ex-Police Officer, Andrew has driven the organisation and now leads an outstanding team of security professionals, and still relishes the cut and thrust of business development. Andrew's interests include fishing, golf and skiing.

Grant joined the Anchor team in 2011 after a successful career heading up a national sales team for one of the largest global security providers. Leading his team to be the most successful in Europe in 2010 and himself being one of the highest new business developers in mobile security in Europe.
Grant brings his knowledge and hunger to improve customer service to our more agile and dynamic business. Grant is responsible for Anchor's new business strategy and ensuring that we are leading the industry with an innovative view on the ever evolving security market. Currently spearheading our newest division Care Property Services, Grant has grown our regional mobile patrol service into a national "One Stop Shop" for all property needs - vacant or tenanted.
Grant's unique way of using innovative thinking to deliver a custom service is why he is a key member of our team.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant with 38 years experience and has operated at CFO level within the Service, Legal and Retail sectors for over 25 years. Richard's speciality is in rapidly growing businesses and in that capacity joined Anchor in 1999 and assisted in it reaching today's position. His interests are travel and foreign affairs and he was, for many years, involved in charity and fund raising work.

Lorraine is our youngest Board Director, appointed in February 2007 having joined Anchor in 1998. Lorraine provides the innovative and dynamic infrastructure upon which Anchor delivers its unique services. As part of her role she maintains close relations with Operations, customers and financial institutions whilst playing an integral part of the driving force of the Company.

Mike brings with him over 30 years experience in providing cleaning solutions to blue chip retail and commercial environments. He has worked for the country's largest organisations, and has by his own admission 'cherry picked' the best practices he has often helped to develop, and moulded them into a unique Anchor service delivery model.
