Anchor Care Parking Solutions (ACPS) is a division of Anchor Group Services, a national support services organisation employing thousands of staff within support sectors such as Security, Cleaning and Total Facilities Management.

Enforcement and immobilisation
ACPS’s car park management includes a professional and fully Security Industry Association (SIA) licensed immobilisation service that can solve your unauthorised parking problems and supplement PCN issue in your Pay & Display car park or private parking area.

Parking Charge Notice (PCN)
Our car park management also includes enforcement where PCN’s can be issued in conjunction with immobilisation, or as a stand alone option. Preferred by some clients as less confrontational, once PCN’s have been issued any non payments are referred and pursued through the DVLA via our debt collection agency. Car park enforcement can be used in your Pay & Display car park or private parking area.

Retail Parks
Retail Parks are often abused for long term free parking by drivers who are not using the retail facilities.

With ACPS’s enforcement, you decide how long motorists can park. Implementing a maximum stay, will ensure turnover of spaces, and allow more customers accessibility to your retail outlets.
