On Brand at White Rose

Two members of the Anchor Security Team at White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds were nominated by Peter Cook, the Centre Director, as On-Brand employees of the month, as part of the ‘White Rose Experience’.
About Dave Heart’s actions, Peter commented “an excellent example of the on brand core value ‘I look for opportunities to help and take action’.
About Anthony’s actions Peter commented that what he did “demonstrated a real understanding of our retail offer. This is an excellent example of the on brand core value ‘I know what the White Rose has to offer and what’s going on’.
Well done to Anthony Dennis and Dave Heart for demonstrating knowledge about both the site and the stakeholders which led to an enhanced experience for all involved – Keep up the good work.
