New Training & Development Manager

We are delighted to welcome Andy Hiles back to Anchor in his role to provide Supervisory Training to relevant personnel, and assessing and evaluating further training should this be required on a one to one basis. He will also be responsible for delivering Customer Service Training to enhance the service that customers require from the Security Officer of today.

Andy states "Training is the key-stone to a successful service delivery -  it's vital for the personal development of each employee, ranking from Security Officers, to Managers."
