We are delighted to welcome Andy Hiles back to Anchor in his role to provide Supervisory Training to relevant personnel, and assessing and evaluating further training should this be required on a one to one basis. He will also be responsible for delivering Customer Service Training to enhance the service that customers require from the Security Officer of today.
