Positive Suggestions

As part of Anchor's 'Listen to our staff' initiative, numerous positive suggestions have been received by Head Office from staff members using the on-site suggestion books.
One of the main contributors was Leigh Aitcheson, the Security Manager at St James Shopping Centre in Edinburgh.
Leigh received a Bronze ICEBERG award and vouchers, which forms part of Anchors staff recognition and reward scheme, for her positive suggestions on service and welfare improvements.
