Gary Joined Anchor in April 2003 with the award of the Princes Quay Shopping Centre in Kingston upon Hull. He was employed on this contract as Security manager and was responsible for a team of 20 security officers and Control Room Staff. 

With the expansion of Anchors Retail division growing from one shopping centre in 2003 to Twenty in 2008, Gary was promoted to the position of Retail Training & Operations Manager where he now uses all his years of experience in introducing best practice in retail security across our entire portfolio. Over the past five years Gary has also gained many industry qualifications in Training and is qualified to deliver Industry regulation training in conflict management and CCTV monitoring.
