As Bob Peters (Anchors Recruitment, training & Welfare Manager) says "I have just three words... training, training and more training.... well I suppose that's five words, but never have any five words been more important to demonstrate the commitment we all have here at Anchor in seeing our staff develop and empower them to deliver the best possible service to our customers"
Anchor's recent investment in developing a rounded Supervisory Skills course has had great feedback from those attending. Recent attendee Ian Wawra said “Its great to see the investment Anchor are putting into their staff, and its nice to have an employer who makes you feel appreciated” Debbie Holt who was also on the Supervisory Skills course said that she had learned a lot, and that Bob had delivered a great course.
