In a recent SIA Approved Contractor audit, Anchor received praise for it's Iceberg staff reward scheme. The scheme, which has been running for several years, was set up to:
Ø To promote Quality.
Ø To reward initiative.
Ø To recognize enthusiasm
Ø To credit performance.
Ø To inspire achievement
Any member of staff or any client can nominate a candidate, and selection panel meetings are held once per month.
Geraldine Wheelan (HR Manager) says 'The scheme works to benefit all concerned; the employee who gets rewarded for effort above and beyond what is required, the customer, who sees tangible benefits on site, and of course us as employers, who see a happy and motivated workforce."
Employees can receive up to £100 in high street vouchers depending on whether they are awarded bronze, silver or gold categories.
