Anchor are now more than half way to their target of having every single employee within the Group trained to NVQ Level 2 within the next 12 months.
Adrian Powell (MD Security) says "It has been very rewarding to see the benefits that this training has brought to the individual employees, as well as the undoubted returns that the Customer can benefit from. This company wide training initiative has produced great results, with many of the staff keen to move on to further training that can only bring continued improvement to an industry that is often guilty of under-investing in its most important resource... it's staff.
