Praise and thanks were received by the team on duty at The Odyssey when they assisted the Bangor Coastguard Rescue Team during a serious incident recently.
In an e-mail the head of the Bangor Coastguard Rescue Team said "Their professionalism during very difficult circumstances, and willingness to assist in maintaining the dignity of the victim, were qualities that were demonstrated throughout the incident."
The Management Team at Anchor also passed on their appreciation for a performing difficult job in a sensitive and professional manner, and the security team have been nominated for one of Anchor's prestigious Iceberg awards.
