Anchor have always believed in providing a flexible suite of services to their customers - this included the succesful Patrol & Response service which gives customers the option of patrols to deter incidents, and a response and key holding service which reacts to incidents.
Barry Turner, with 20 years experience in the industry, has joined Anchor to manage and develop this service. Barry states "I am delighted to see that Anchor have invested in the technology to support the operations of this service, with sophisticated vehicle tracking, and state of the art communications, my job is to push the service to new levels of delivery and customer satisfaction."
Barry's team of experienced drivers are now patrolling over 1000 premises per week, and the 24 hour control centre is in charge of over 15,000 sets of keys.
