C3 is the new title for Anchor's flagship Control Centre. C3 stands for Command, Control & Communication, reflecting the muti-skill levels that the experienced staff bring to the many functions they undertake.

C3 is a responsive communication centre that maintains the safety of employees and offers 24 hour customer support. We provide a well trained, proactive vigilance team, experienced in identifying problems and threats before they occur. Our primary concern is to uphold the welfare of those we watch over.

All our C3 staff have received extensive training in the following areas:

  • CCTV Monitoring and Response
  • Customer & Staff helpdesk Support
  • Key-Holding and Patrol co-ordination
  • Vehicle Tracking
  • Real time incident reporting
