Return to the fold

07/05/2008

Gary, who worked for Anchor for many years as the Security Manager at Princes Quay Shopping Centre in Hull, jumped at the chance to take on the role of Retail Training Manager.

Gary, a qualified trainer, will be focused on delivering training to the teams at Anchor's portfolio of Shopping Centres.

"The key to delivering a successful service, is to listen to what both the customer and the staff are saying they need. I am delighted that Anchor have given me the support to develop and deliver innovative training and management programs that will underpin their quality approach to service delivery" says Gary.

Adrian Powell (MD Security) says "I have known Gary for many years and I have full confidence in his ability to deliver added value. This move re-affirms our commitment, not just to our Shopping Centre client base, but to customers across the board."
