Lone Worker — The PANIC button allows immediate communication with the control room in case of emergency tremendously improving the security of your employees.

Radio — The control room can also keep Two Way Voice Communication with employees in order to reassure them that assistance is at hand.

Active Guard users cannot make a call to the control room although they can let the operator know they need voice connection by pressing “call me” button.

The monitoring station operator (and pre-programmed preset numbers) can call Active Guard handsets anytime using the built in GSM phone technology.
