Part of Anchor's ongoing commitment to providing a quality service, is maintained by the 'Independence' from the Support Centre Management, of the customer Service Department.

The department's role is to monitor the customer's perception of our service. This is achieved in a number of ways, however, the most evident of all the processes is the customer Service Questionnaire. Produced half yearly, it is designed for you to tell us exactly what you think of our service.

The form is divided into four main service delivery categories; Personnel, Uniform & Equipment, Management & Supervision and Administration.

We believe that by asking you to 'grade' our service delivery we can identify, on an ongoing basis, our performance and generally assess any trends or shortcomings that may have crept into our service.
